October is a great month for sports fans. Whether you are cheering on the local high school, UNK, or Storm Hockey teams, anxiously awaiting a basketball exhibition game, or planning your World Series watch party, join us for our October reading challenge.
Our challenge this month is a Spell-It-Out Challenge. Using EITHER the first letter of the author's last name OR the first letter of the book's title (ignoring "A," "An," and "The") spell out the name of your favorite sports team (city/school/mascot/etc.) or sport. (See examples below.)
Books can be any topic or genre, fiction or non-fiction, adult or youth, but feel free to claim bragging rights for sports-related books. For this challenge, all books must be finished on or after October 1, 2018. You do not have to complete the challenge in October.
C - Coelho, Paulo A - Austen, Jane T - Tolkien, J.R.R. S - Steinbeck, John
