the request from the Police Department to the temporarily close Avenue B from

the application for a Special Designated License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK

beer, wine, and distilled spirits in the Exposition Building and in a
designated fenced beer garden west of the Exposition Building located at the
Buffalo County Fairgrounds, 3807 Avenue N, on August 3, 4, 5, and 7, 2006 from
