conduct the Veterans Day Parade on November 11, 2003 beginning at 4:00 p.m. The staging area to be closed is Railroad Street from Avenue B west to 3rd Avenue. The parade route will begin at Railroad Street, north on Central Avenue to the parking lot located north of MONA where a program
will be held. Also, to block off four parking spaces in front of Redman’s
Shoes, 2116 Central
Avenue to place the
announcer’s booth.
5. Approve Application and Certificate for Payment
No. 4 in the amount of $282,206.87 submitted by Blessing, LLC for the 2003
