2. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and
distilled spirits in the Nebraska Student Union at the University of Nebraska
at Kearney, 1013 West 27th Street on February 3, 2004 from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00
a.m. midnight in connection with the Annual Chamber Banquet subject to the City
receiving the Certificate of Insurance.
3. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and
distilled spirits in the Meeting Room at the Country Inn & Suites on
February 16, 2004 from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. midnight for a social event subject
to the City receiving the Certificate of Insurance.
4. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and distilled
spirits in the Meeting Room at the Country Inn & Suites on February 17,
2004 from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. midnight for a social event subject to the
City receiving the Certificate of Insurance.
5. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and
distilled spirits in the Great Platte River Road Memorial Arch, One Archway
Parkway, on February 18, 2004 from 4:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. midnight for a
social event subject to the City receiving the Certificate of Insurance.
6. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and
distilled spirits in the Exposition Center at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds,
3807 Avenue N on February 16, 2004 through February 21, 2004 from 8:00 a.m.
until 12:00 a.m. midnight in connection with the Cattlemen’s Classic subject to
the City receiving the Certificate of Insurance.
7. Consider the Application for a Special Designated
License submitted by KEARNEY STEAK COMPANY, dba “Whiskey Creek” in connection
with their Class “I-35628” Catering License to dispense beer, wine and
distilled spirits in the Ag Pavilion at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds, 3807
Avenue N on February 16, 2004 through February 21, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00
a.m. midnight in connection with the Cattlemen’s Classic subject to the City
receiving the Certificate of Insurance.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to adjourn into
executive session as per Section 84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
