The City of Kearney And Blessing Construction announces plans to begin the paving 14th Streets between 5th and 9th Avenues, 9th Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets, and 9th Avenue between 16th and 19th Streets. On Monday, October 20, 2008 construction will begin on 14th Street. The work on 9th Avenue will follow. This work is expected to take approximately 6 weeks to complete. Please be cautious of construction vehicles and crews, and obey all construction signs.
