The Kearney Police Department has made arrests in the recent rash of vehicle vandalisms that occurred around Kearney. A 16 year-old male juvenile and an 18 year-old adult male were issued citations for numerous counts of vandalism. Reports are being forwarded to the Buffalo County Attorney’s Office for further handling.
