[ARCHIVED] January Computer Classes at Library

Kearney Public Library will be offering classes on OverDrive eBooks and Audiobooks, Searching with Google, and an Introduction to Microsoft Office in January. The OverDrive class will be an informational session on how to use the Library’s digital eBook and Audiobook collection. Searching with Google will cover the basics of using Google Search to find information on the Internet. Intro to Microsoft Office will be a very basic introduction to using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Class times are as follows:

• OverDrive Overview: Thursday, January 16 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
• Searching with Google: Wednesday, January 22 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
• Intro to Microsoft Office: Tuesday, January 28 from 2:00 to -3:30 p.m.

Register by calling the TLC Desk at (308) 233-3612, or by signing up in the computer lab. Patrons must have a library card in good standing to attend computer classes. There is a limit of 15 participants for each class.
