[ARCHIVED] Author “Cowgirl Peg” to Visit Kearney Public Library

Kearney Public Library welcomes author “Cowgirl Peg” Sundberg. Peg Sundberg was running a horse rescue operation in Wyoming when she was inspired to write the story of one particular lost horse she was able to return to the owner. It became her first published book.

The “Cowgirl Peg Book Series” currently includes six children’s books which are written at an elementary level, but enjoyed by readers of all ages. “I built the series by combining my love of horses and dogs with powerful character-building messages,” she remarked.

Sundberg will be at the Library on Wednesday, January 22 at 4:00 p.m. in the South Platte Room at Kearney Public Library, 2020 1st Avenue, Kearney, NE. This free event is sponsored by the Meridian Library System and is open to the all ages.
