Identity theft, IRS imposters, and bogus bills are just a few of the scammers we may be aware of. But con artists are constantly scheming to get inside our wallets in new ways. A trained fraud-watch educator will share the tools we need to fight fraud and protect our personal information. You’ll learn how to fend off con artists as well as what to do if you or someone you love has been victimized. This free program is offered at the Kearney Public Library on Monday, June 26 at 6:30 p.m., with no registration required. This program is open to the public but is best suited for those age 18 years and older. The Kearney Public Library is located at 2020 First Avenue.
