[ARCHIVED] Kearney Public Library’s Pub Quiz at Cunningham’s Journal

Kearney Public Library’s “Pub Quiz at Cunningham’s Journal” will be held on Tuesday, June 20 from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Teams of one to six people will answer 30 trivia questions in one hour. The theme this month is “A Celebration of Kearney: A Kearney 150th Quiz” with special guest host Broc Anderson from Trails and Rails Museum.  The Kearney 150th Quiz will include general trivia about Kearney and Nebraska history. There will also be 10 tie-breaking bonus questions that cover Kearney and Nebraska history as well. Smartphones may not be used to answer questions. The team with the most correct answers wins a $50 gift card to Cunningham’s Journal.  The event is held in the upstairs area of Cunningham’s Journal, 15 W. 23rd Street. 

This month’s free question is: True or False: The Pawnee Indians once called this area of Central Nebraska home.
