Rental Information

Overview

The City of Kearney Park and Recreation Department has a wide array of facilities and equipment that are available to rent for your recreational enjoyment. Our facilities are commonly rented for receptions, weddings, classes, meetings, parties, sport programs, and special events.

The column to the left includes a listing of available facilities and equipment, as well as rental fees, important information, and rental applications.

Reservations

Please call our office at 237-4644 to check availability. Reservations are accepted at the Recreation Services Office from 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday 7:30am-Noon. Reservation Applications can be emailed to kprfacilityrentals@kearneygov.org and our office will then call you to collect payment with a credit card. Once this is complete, your date will be secured for you. Applications are found at the application link. Reservations occur on a first-come, first-serve basis. Renting a site assures you of exclusive use. Facilities may be rented a year in advance, to the date. For our indoor facilities at Harmon Park and Yanney Park we ask that rentals are requested no later than two weeks prior to your event due to staff scheduling purposes.
