All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), Utility-Type Vehicle (UTV), and Golf Carts
ATVS, UTVS, and Golf Carts are prohibited on city streets and sidewalks, except for:
- City-approved parades/event;
- Snow removal; and
- Governmental or utility operations
IF used for snow removal, operators must:
- Hold valid Class O license or farm permit
- Carry liability insurance
- Obey 30 mph speed limit
- Provide proof of insurance within 5 days
- Use headlight, taillight, and day-glow safety flag
