This challenge starts on November 1 and runs through January 31, 2026. Read two books (of your choice) each month related to the challenge theme and receive a small prize. If you complete the 3-month challenge, there's a bonus prize as well!
Pick up a challenge sheet at the library. Titles should be read during the challenge period and should be found in the YA or adult collections. Titles may be fiction or non-fiction.
Themes
- November - Place! Read one book set in rural America and one book set in urban America.
- December - People! Read one book about a male American leader and one book about a female American leader.
- January - Time Period! Read one book set in past (pre-1950s) America and one book set in modern America.
