Welcome to our DIY space where you can create, invent, and learn. Reserve time on one of our many machines and learn as you go. We value the process involved in making, tinkering, and figuring things out. This is lifelong learning at its finest.

Makerspace Policy

Hours

  • Walk-ins are welcome when the door is open!
  • Reservations are encouraged.
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Please request a reservation at least one business day in advance online or call the library.

Age Requirements

Ages 18 and upNeed a library card in good standing and a signed waiver
Ages 14–17Need a library card in good standing and a waiver signed by parent/guardian
Ages 7–13With trained parent/guardian
Age 6 and underNot allowed for safety reasons

3D Printer 10¢ per gram of filament used
AccuQuilt Machine free, bring your own supplies
Adobe Programs free, bring your own data storage (flash drive, etc.)
Book Binder 10¢ per binding
Button Maker 2 1/4" (all types): 25¢ each

Cricut Maker $1.00 per session, bring your own craft supplies

Glowforge $5.00 per 30 minutes of laser time
