Residential Units
Each consumer of City water used exclusively for residential or private purposes shall be charged each month a minimum charge of $12.75. An additional charge of $1.88 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water used is added to the monthly minimum.

These consumers will be charged a minimum monthly charge based on meter size. The minimum monthly charge for each meter size is as follows:
