Water Rates

Residential Units
Each consumer of City water used exclusively for residential or private purposes shall be charged each month a minimum charge of $9.62. An additional charge of $1.75 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water used is added to the monthly minimum.

Multiple Residential Units and Apartments

Each and every consumer of City water used exclusively for multiple residential or private purposes shall be charged each month a minimum charge of $9.62. An additional charge of $1.75 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water used is added to the monthly minimum.

Commercial and Industrial Units

Each and every consumer of City water exclusively for commercial use will be charged a minimum monthly charge based on meter size. The minimum monthly charge for each meter size is as follows:

An additional charge of $1.57 for every 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water used is added to the monthly minimum.

Manufactured Home Courts

The monthly charge for manufactured home courts will be assessed according to the following schedule: Number of meters multiplied by $9.62 per month plus $1.75 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) of water used.
