Cricut Maker

In order to use and reserve time with this machine, you need to sign the makerspace waiver and complete the suggested training. The cost is $1.00 per session.

What it does

Think of the Cricut Maker as a printer. You create an image or design on your computer/iPad and send it to the machine. Instead of simply printing your design, the Cricut cuts it out of whatever material you select. Materials Cut List

Additional tools

EasyPress: We have a large and small-sized EasyPress. You can use these to get professional iron-on results in 60 seconds or less. They have an evenly heated plate and simple controls.

Mug Press: Create your own custom mugs! Bring a sublimation/Cricut mug and infusible ink transfer sheets and then create your design. The press will infuse your design into the mug. Finished mugs are microwave- and dishwasher-safe!

BrightPad: Use this helpful tool to illuminate every detail as you weed, trace, paper piece, and more. There are several light setting options.

How to find and make designs

  1. Make your own free Cricut account.
  2. Within the Cricut Design Space, you will be able to browse premade designs and/or create your own.
